Stint End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your right to use Stint's software. It is a separate document from the Stint Terms of Service, which addresses billing, permitted use, and other conditions of the relationship - this EULA covers the license grant itself.

1. Grant of license

Aquarium Apps grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Stint solely through Atlassian Marketplace on Jira instances you are authorized to access.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Attempt to access Stint's backend, Forge functions, or stored data directly, other than through the documented Jira UI and any officially published API
• Resell or sublicense access to Stint

3. Ownership

Aquarium Apps retains all intellectual property rights in Stint itself, including its source code, design, and branding. This license grants you the right to use Stint - it does not transfer any ownership interest in the software to you.

This is separate from your own data: the Terms of Service's "Your data" section covers worklogs and other data you create using Stint, which belong to you, not to Aquarium Apps.

4. Term and termination

This license is coextensive with an active Atlassian Marketplace installation or subscription to Stint. It begins on install and ends automatically on uninstall or when your subscription ends.

5. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
