Reflecting Pool Privacy Policy

Reflecting Pool is a hosted web app built by Aquarium Apps (operated by Stargazers Consulting LLC) that surfaces relationships in uploaded data using semantic embeddings. This policy explains what data Reflecting Pool collects, where it lives, and what rights you have over it.

What data we collect

Account. Using Reflecting Pool requires an account, created through the sign-up flow at pool.aquariumapps.io. There is no way to use the app without an account.

Uploaded content. Only the content of any uploaded files are stored. That is, the original file is not stored.

How your data is stored

Reflecting Pool operates infrastructure via AWS. I cannot guarantee your data will be located in any particular jurisdiction at this time.

Your rights

You can delete uploaded content or close your account at any time within the app. Either action removes all corresponding data from our servers, with the exception of email and former account details such as billing. For requests you can't complete through the app, email support@aquariumapps.io.

Data retention

Your account and uploaded content persist for as long as your account is open. There is no automatic expiration and none is planned.
